As part of an approval workflow, you can decline a fund request with a few quick taps on our mobile app:
Click on the fund request that you received
From the app's main screen select the inbox tab in the bottom right corner
Choose the request that you want to decline
Now, you will need to enter a short description. Type a reason why you are declining the request so the employee is aware
Press Decline to confirm your decision
Once you've declined the request, the employee who submitted the request will be notified with a push notification and email.
