Sometimes your team will need additional funds and instead of calling or sending an urgent email they can directly send a request via the Payhawk mobile app. Cool right? This feature is only available for Premium and Enterprise plans. In order to enable this feature please follow the steps below:
- Go to the cards tab on the web platform.
- Choose the card you want to allow funds requests.
- Click on allow fund requests. This means that your employee will be able to request any amount on top of their monthly limit.
- As an admin, you will receive a notification on your mobile app to approve or decline the requests.
- All fund requests will be saved in your Inbox, on the bottom-right icon on your Payhawk mobile app.
Remember fund requests and approvals only work in your Payhawk mobile app!
