Hi!

As an Administrator, you can approve additional funds to your team members on the spot from the web portal. See below the steps:

  • Log into your Payhawk account
  • Select the Request app
  • We show first the pending requests. You can see all requests by clicking on ALL
  • Choose the request you want to approve and click on it
  • Check and make sure that this is a legitimate request
  • Select Approve.

The funds are approved and ready to spend. A mobile push notification will notify the employee that the funds are available.

If you approve requests often, you may want to have look if you have enough funds in your wallet for your employees.
