Hi!

Every now and then, there happens to be a fund request that it's not relevant for some reason.

As a user Cancelling your fund request from the mobile app takes a couple of seconds.

  • Open your Payhawk app
  • From the app's main screen select the requests tab in the bottom right corner
  • By default, we will show you the requests that are pending
  • Choose the request that you want to cancel
  • Press Cancel request

You can always go and check the status of all previous requests and what happened to them by clicking All in the requests tab.
