Sometimes, approvers or accountants might request additional information when reviewing an expense request.

As an employee and owner of the expense, you will get notified every time there is an expense returned to you.

  • You will get the following mobile notification:

  • Once you click on the notification, you will be navigated to your Inbox where you can see the return reason and who returned the request.

  • You can navigate to the expense itself by clicking on Go to expense

In the Web Portal:

  • You will get an inbox notification:

  • Once you navigate to your inbox, you can see the return reason and who returned the expense request

  • To edit the expense, you can click on the Go to expense button:

Each role will also see the return reason and who returned the request on the expense itself as shown below:
