Hi!

If you have employee that is part of more than one team you can now set this in Payhawk.

For anyone with admin role, just go to Settings -> Teams and turn on the "Allow employees to be members of multiple teams" toggle.

This will automatically toggle "Show Teams as a label in expenses" ON so that you have information about the team each expense belongs to. If an employee is part of more than one team, he/she should also specify the team for each fund request.

Note that if you want to turn off this option in settings, you can do this only if you have changed the team structure so that no employee is part of more than one team.
