Hi,

When you connect your Payhawk account to NetSuite, your NetSuite departments are automatically imported.

If you make a change on the NetSuite departments, you have to manually update your values on Payhawk.

Updating your departments takes a couple of clicks from the Payhawk portal

  • Go to Employees -> Teams (Departments).

  • Press Update from NetSuite

  • Select the department you need.

  • Choose the 3 dots.

  • Press Edit

  • In the External ID field, choose the department you want to map on NetSuite.
