Hi,

When you connect your Payhawk account to Exact Online, your Exact Online classifications are automatically imported.

If you make a change on the Exact Online classifications, you have to manually update your values on Payhawk.

Updating your classifications takes a couple of clicks from the Payhawk portal

  • Go to Settings

  • Select Expenses

  • Choose the custom field you want to update

  • In the selected custom field, press Update from Exact Online

Your classes are updated and you can begin using them in your expenses.
