• Credit billing period is a calendar month, i.e. credit statement will be issued at the beginning of the following month.

  • Utilized credit must be paid by the 8th calendar day of the next month.

    • If the 8th is during the weekend, then the credit is due on the next business day.

    • If the 8th is a bank holiday, then the credit is due on the next business day.

  • If credit is not paid by the 8th calendar day of the next month, we will have to suspend your Payhawk services (debit and credit accounts) until the credit is paid back to Payhawk.

  • You can pay back your credit via a bank transfer from your own bank account or from your active Payhawk debit account, if you have such. Direct debit is not supported as of now.
