Audit confirmation letters include account balances, securities, guarantees, and other relevant financial information as of a specified date. This article explains how to request one from Payhawk.
What to include in the request
You need to submit an official audit request letter by email to support@payhawk.com, which must include the following information:
The name of the auditing firm
The name of the company being audited
The audit period (for example, "as of [date]")
Format requirements
Your request must meet the following requirements:
Sent by email only (not by post)
In a non-editable format, such as PDF
On official letterhead with an authorized signature or stamp
Digital signatures are accepted.
If an official auditor letter is not available
If you don’t have an official auditor letter, instead of submitting one, a Payhawk Administrator at your company can confirm the audit request directly by email.
