Payhawk delivers team cards that allow Financial Managers to have real-time transparency and control over their team card limits and subscriptions.
Team cards and shared card limits
In Payhawk, team cards are shared limits to which Payhawk administrators can connect corporate cards issued to employees. Each linked corporate card has full access to the shared limit and all transactions by those employees are reflected in it.
Unlike shared cards, Payhawk team cards allow companies to have multiple cards per team limit, which makes it possible for cardholders to spend at all times. As a result, the Finance team knows who and how much they are spending from the total card limit and can easily connect each transaction with the respective linked card and responsible employee.
Defining team card settings
Team cards and their related settings are defined by Payhawk administrators.
Viewing team cards
All team cards at your company are located under the Cards > Team cards tab.
Viewing team card details
From the Cards > Team cards tab, you can view Payhawk team card details such as:
In the Available field, the currently available team card funds, any upcoming payments, and the amount that the cardholders can safely spend without affecting the recurring payments, if any, due from this team card.
Under the Cardholders tab, the employees that have linked cards to the team card.
Under Settings, the recurring monthly limit and information about ATM withdrawals (if allowed), online payments, and more.
Under Subscriptions, any recurrent monthly payments that are due from the team card.
