Why are employees required to revalidate their phone numbers after a successful connection between Payhawk and our HR system?

Employees' phone numbers are synced from your connected HR system.

  • If the phone number is updated, it will be added as unverified.

  • If the phone number in the HR system is invalid, it needs to be updated directly in the HR system to avoid future complications. The supported format requires starting with a + (plus) followed by the country code without any spaces - for example, +12345678.
