Once a reimbursement for the US is initiated in Payhawk, the following steps occur:
ACH (Automated Clearing House) push and pull requests are sent between your company’s linked bank account and the recipient’s account.
The recipient’s bank may take 24 hours or longer to process and settle the transaction, depending on their internal timelines.
While no action is typically required from your side, it's important to ensure that all banking details are accurate (both in your profile and in your company’s banking setup). This helps prevent delays caused by incorrect or outdated information.
