Resolving connection issues with DUO

If you're experiencing frequent disconnections from DUO, the most common connection issues are caused by disruptions on DUO's side, including temporary API instability or maintenance.

To resolve such connection issues, clear your browser's cache and cookies and attempt to log in to DUO again. This step will resolve most connection-related issues caused by login disruptions.

While Payhawk continuously monitors the stability of the API connection to DUO, the final resolution of certain issues depends on DUO’s team.

Resolving login and permission issues with DUO

If you're experiencing login and permission issues with DUO, try the following:

  • Ensure that your DUO profile has the required permissions to connect third-party integrations like Payhawk.

  • Try logging in with another account that previously has had a stable connection, in case there are multiple users on DUO.

  • Double check that all integration and API access settings are configured correctly in DUO.
