You can edit your request before it's approved or if it's been returned to you for updates. Before the request is approved, you can also remove it.
Specifics
Requests that have been returned to you to update by authorized people at your company will be automatically placed under the Submit tab. The return action will be reflected in the request audit log under its Activity tab.
Requests that have been updated by authorized people or roles at your company at the Review, Approve, Receive, Invoice, or Close step will be automatically placed in the Submit tab. To proceed with such requests, you need to resubmit them.
Editing requests
You can edit a request either before its approval or if it has been returned to you for updates by authorized people or roles at your company. In both cases, the request will be located under the Submit tab.
To edit a request:
In the Payhawk web portal, go to Requests.
Select the request.
Click on its three-dot menu and select Edit. As a result, the request will move under the Submit tab.
Make the desired updates and click on Submit.
Deleting requests
You can delete a request before it's been approved. If the request has been approved and later returned to you, it cannot be deleted; instead, it can be closed by Payhawk Accountants and Administrators at your company.
To delete a request:
In the Payhawk web portal, go to Requests.
Select the request.
Click on its three-dot menu and select Delete.
In the dialog that opens, click on Delete.
