Troubleshoot your Payhawk card delivery issue.

Description. EEA customers may not receive their Payhawk corporate card even though the shipment has been successfully delivered for the last 90 days and an electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) is available in DHL systems.

Cause. This issue has to be sorted out with the courier as Payhawk submits the cards for delivery following the terms and rules of the courier.

Solution.

If you haven't received your Payhawk card:

  1. Log in to the Payhawk web portal.

  2. Go to Cards.

  3. Click on the tracking number of the card. As a result, you'll be redirected to DHL trace and track web page.

  4. Contact the courier to investigate the case.
