You can download all open and closed purchase orders at your company. Downloading purchase orders is useful not only for reporting purposes but also for accruals, that is, goods received not invoiced (GRIN) cases.
To download your company purchase orders:
Log in to the Payhawk web portal.
Go to Purchases.
Click on the Download button. As a result, the file with the list of purchase orders will be saved in your local Downloads folder.
You will also receive the downloaded file in your Payhawk user mailbox.
