If you have registered with Payhawk with a phone number with a country code outside the EEA, UK, or US, you will not be able to receive a verification SMS and the verification of your Payhawk user has to be done manually by the Payhawk Support team.
In such cases, you can do either of the following:
Directly email Payhawk Support at support@payhawk.com, in which you provide your phone number, and cc a Payhawk administrator at your company in the thread.
Contact a Payhawk administrator at your company so that they send an email to support@payhawk.com to confirm that the activation of your Payhawk account can be done manually on your behalf.
