Depending on whether card requests are enabled for your entity, proceed as follows:
If card requests are not enabled for your entity, you must follow your organization’s internal process to request a new card through your Payhawk administrator.
If card requests are enabled for your entity, follow the instructions in the article on submitting and canceling card requests to request a new Payhawk card.
The Payhawk Support team cannot order or issue new cards on behalf of customers.
