I cannot approve a payment because I didn't receive a 3D security notification.

If you didn't receive or were unable to approve a 3D security request, follow these steps:

  1. Reinstall the Payhawk mobile app to reset any settings or permissions that can be affecting your push notifications.

  2. Enable push notifications for the Payhawk mobile app in your mobile phone's settings.

  3. Attempt the transaction again.
