Welcome to Payhawk's help desk.
It's time to set up some automatic emails so your team can have access to monthly expense reports. Please see below the simple steps to schedule monthly expense reports to your assigned team members:
- Log into your Payhawk web account
- Go to Exports on the right-hand side menu
- Click on Add Scheduled export
- Select the user/team member who will receive the report
- Select the format (CSV or Excel)
- Select the frequency (Monthly, Weekly, Daily)
- Click on Save
Remember, Payhawk will remind every cardholder to upload any outstanding receipts or incomplete information before sending out the report.
