Specifics
The Carbon emissions report is only visible in the On-demand export dialog if it has been first enabled from the Settings app.
The Carbon emissions report doesn't show historical data, meaning that it will generate data from the moment of the report enablement onwards.
By default, the Carbon emissions report includes carbon emissions associated with card transactions and lists that data per card expense.
You can customize your carbon emissions report and collect supplier data related to ESG or collect ESG data on all company spend.
Enabling the company's carbon footprint tracking
To enable the tracking of the carbon footprint your company has accumulated:
Log in to the Payhawk web portal.
Go to Settings > Carbon emissions.
Switch on the Carbon emissions tracking option by toggling the button.
Generating the on-demand carbon emissions report
The steps to export the carbon emissions data and generate an on-demand carbon emissions report in Payhawk are the same as when generating expense reports.
