We are super happy to have you on board. In this article, you will learn how you can manage your team with Payhawk.

See below the different actions you can do with your team:

  1. Invite your team members. When you do this you can choose 3 different roles, employee, accountant, or administrator.
  2. Issue cards for your team members.
  3. If one team member leaves, no worries you can easily delete him/her form the platform.
  4. If you have a Pro or Enterprise Plan you can enable Fund Requests which are super handy for your traveling teams who might need extra cash for a meeting with a client or something similar.
  5. If you have Enterprise Plan you can also enable Spend Polices. With this feature, you can group card level controls such as recurring limits, ATM withdrawals, and approval chain for requests and manage all cards in bulk without the need to deal with individual card controls.
