This article can help you manage your team cards with just a few clicks. Set card limits, monthly recurring limits, and ATM cash withdrawals.

Remember you can always change the spending limit when you create a team card or when the card is already created.

To modify the limits, follow these steps:

  • Log into your Payhawk web account

  • Go to Cards on the right-hand side menu

  • Select the team cards tab

  • Select the team card you would like to set a spending limit for

  • Set the amount, and it's done! Remember that all cards linked to that team card will have full access to that limit.

  • You can also set the monthly recurring limit. That is usually your planned budget for the month.

  • You can also turn on/off the ATM toggle to enable/disable cash withdrawal for all physical cards tied to the team card.

  • Last but not least, you have the option to enable and disable fund requests, just like with a regular card. If enabled, all linked cards will be able to request funds.
