When you connect your Payhawk account to Exact Online, your Exact Online Cost Center, Cost Unit, and Projects data is automatically imported.
If you update your Exact Online custom fields after the connection between the two systems has been established, you have to manually update that data in Payhawk.
To manually update your custom fields in Payhawk:
Log in to the Payhawk web platform.
Go to Settings > Expense fields.
Go to Tracking categories from Exact Online and select the desired custom field.
Click on Update from Exact Online.
