Naming cards for employees

Name the Payhawk corporate cards your company has issued to your employees.

Your company may have provided an employee with two or more Payhawk corporate cards because they are expected to pay in different currencies or different types of costs. For example, the Marketing team may need a Payhawk corporate card for each of the advertising platforms the company is using.

As Payhawk administrators, you can provide a name for each Payhawk card your company has provided to any of its employees in the following way:

  1. In the Payhawk web portal, go to the Cards > Cards tab.

  2. Select the desired card.

  3. Click on its three-dot menu and select the Name this card option.

  4. Enter the desired name and click on Save.
