If your physical Payhawk card does not appear in the Payhawk web portal or mobile app, there may be different reasons.
The card has not been activated
Card activation is mandatory for the Payhawk card to be displayed in the Payhawk system. Therefore, make sure you have activated the card through the Payhawk mobile app. For more information on how to do this, see the article on how to activate your physical Payhawk card.
The card is issued to an account associated with another entity
Newly-issued physical Payhawk cards might not be visible in the Payhawk mobile app if the card is issued under a different entity than the one you are currently logged in to. Therefore, make sure that you are using the Payhawk account of the correct entity. Once verified, open the Payhawk mobile app and recheck the Cards section.
