Viewing and switching between entities in Payhawk

Can I change the Payhawk account linked to my card or view another entity's account I'm associated with?

If you're part of two or more entities within a group Payhawk account, it's important to ensure you're viewing the correct entity. This allows you to access the right cards, create expenses, attach documents to the correct records, and more.

Viewing your current Payhawk account and switching to another one in the app

To check which entity you're currently using in the Payhawk mobile app:

  1. Tap your profile picture. On the next screen, you'll see the name of the entity you're currently logged into.

  2. To switch accounts, tap Switch account.

  3. Slide to select the desired entity.

  4. Confirm your selection by tapping Switch.

Viewing your current Payhawk account and switching to another one in the portal

To see which Payhawk entity you're currently using, open the Payhawk web portal. Your active account is displayed in the upper right-hand corner, to the left of your profile picture.

To switch to a different Payhawk account, click on the drop-down menu and select the desired entity from the list.
