How can I activate my account and start using Payhawk? Do I have to activate it from the mobile app only?

After you have registered to Payhawk through an email invite from your Payhawk administrator or over your company Active Directory, you need to activate your personal Payhawk account.

You can activate your Payhawk account on your mobile phone and from the Payhawk mobile app only.

Before you start

Before you can activate your account you need to download the Payhawk mobile app on your mobile phone:

  1. If you are using an iPhone, go to App Store. If you are using another mobile device, go to Google Play.

    This example shows the iPhone experience. The experience with other devices is analogous.

  2. Enter "payhawk" in the search bar.

  3. When you see the Payhawk mobile app, click on GET.

  4. On the next screen, click on Install.

  5. Once the app is installed, click on OPEN. Alternatively, open the app from your Home screen.

  6. On the next screen, you can now select your login option.

Activating your Payhawk account

After you have downloaded the app:

  1. Open the Payhawk mobile app.

  2. Enter the email you have already registered with Payhawk. Click on Next.

  3. Enter the password you have already created during the registration. Click on Log in.

  4. If you have Payhawk cards already assigned to you, on the next screen, you will need to create a four-digit security code, which will protect the usage of your virtual and physical cards.

  5. You will automatically be redirected to the next screen. Confirm (repeat) the security code. You can now start using Payhawk.

Do not share your password and security code with anyone.
