How can I register my account with the email I received from Payhawk; how to change my email and update my phone number?

To start using Payhawk, you need to register your account either with an email invite sent by your Payhawk administrator or over the Active Directory.

To register your Payhawk account on the web portal with an email invite, use the email invitation you must have received from the administrator of your company's Payhawk account.

Registering with the email invite from Payhawk

To register your Payhawk account on the web portal:

  1. Go to your Inbox and open your main folder.

  2. Open the invitation email and click on the Register button link. As a result, you will be redirected to the Payhawk web portal.

  3. Create a password for your Payhawk account and re-enter it to confirm it. Click on Create account.

    Note that the password must:

    • Be at least eight characters long.

    • Contain at least one special symbol (!@#$%^&*) and a number.

    Make sure there are no intervals before or after the password when you enter it.

  4. On the next screen, fill in your first name, last name, and mobile phone number including the country code starting with a + (plus). Click on Continue. As a result, you will receive an SMS on the provided number to verify it.

  5. In the Confirm your phone number dialog, enter the code from the SMS and click on Verify phone.

After the verification is done successfully, you will need to activate your Payhawk account from the Payhawk mobile app before you can start using it.

Notes on registering with an email invite

  • The email with the registration link must have come from a Payhawk administrator at your company.

  • The registration link is valid for 5 days. If you cannot register within that time, contact your company Payhawk administrator to resend the invite. If the registration link has expired, Payhawk cannot invite users or resend invites on behalf of your company's Payhawk administrators.

  • If you cannot find the email in your inbox, check your Spam folder. Alternatively, ask your system administrator for assistance.

  • If you haven't received the email invitation, ask the administrator of your company's Payhawk account to send you the registration email.
