Hi!
We are sorry you have to freeze or delete a card. No worries at all, these things happen. Please follow the simple steps below:
Block and unblock cards:
- Log into your Payhawk web account
- Go to cards on the menu
- Select the card you would like to freeze
- Under the card details toggle the card active button
- A prompt message will come up, press freeze
- Under the card you can read that the card has been blocked by the admin
- You can unfreeze it following the same steps
Delete cards:
- Log into your Payhawk web account
- Go to cards on the menu
- Select the card you would like to delete
- On top of the card click on the 3 dots
- Press close card
- A prompt message will come mentioning that the action cannot be undone
- Under the card you can read that the card has been closed
