Hi!
We are sorry you have to freeze or delete a card. No worries at all, these things happen. Please follow the simple steps below: 

Block and unblock cards:

  • Log into your Payhawk web account 
  • Go to cards on the menu
  • Select the card you would like to freeze
  • Under the card details toggle the card active button
  • A prompt message will come up, press freeze
  • Under the card you can read that the card has been blocked by the admin
  • You can unfreeze it following the same steps

Delete cards: 

  • Log into your Payhawk web account 
  • Go to cards on the menu
  • Select the card you would like to delete
  • On top of the card click on the 3 dots
  • Press close card
  • A prompt message will come mentioning that the action cannot be undone 
  • Under the card you can read that the card has been closed
