Hi!
We are sorry you have to freeze or delete a card. No worries at all, these things happen. Please follow the simple steps below:
Block and unblock cards:
Log into your Payhawk web account
Go to cards on the menu
Select the card you would like to freeze
Under the card details toggle the card active button
A prompt message will come up, press freeze
Under the card you can read that the card has been blocked by the admin
You can unfreeze it following the same steps

Delete cards:
Log into your Payhawk web account
Go to cards on the menu
Select the card you would like to delete
On top of the card click on the 3 dots
Press close card
A prompt message will come mentioning that the action cannot be undone
Under the card you can read that the card has been closed
