They travel and use their Payhawk cards with corporate funds including their receipts and invoices. Everybody is saving time and focusing on the important things. Great!
Now you want to see if there are enough funds to cover all card limits...
You can follow these steps:
Log into your Payhawk account
Go to Cards
If there is a red number in the list with the cardholders, then there are insufficient funds in the Payhawk wallet to cover the remaining monthly limit for this card.
In this situation you have 2 options:
You can reduce the monthly limit for the card with red numbers. This is a good alternative if the cardholder won't be using the card until the end of the month or the next time when you load funds to the Payhawk wallet.
You can load funds to the wallet. This is a good alternative if the cardholder will be paying corporate expenses in the upcoming days.
