Overview of multi-entity management

As a Payhawk administrator, you may be responsible for the management of two or more entities that have been registered in the system as part of the same holding.

To save time and effort, and optimize your internal processes in Payhawk, you can create a group of entities that you can manage all at once as a group through the available group (multi-entity) settings.

Target roles for the multi-entity management

​By design, the group settings are meant to be used by centralized finance and operations teams or other roles such as:

  • Head of Finance. They can monitor the financial operations of all entities.

  • Treasury. They can ensure diligent cash management of all entities.

  • Head of Accounting. They can plan, organize, and coordinate the year-end processes of all entities.

Group administrators role ​

Group administrators have access to the Group view in Payhawk and the Group dashboard is their default view.

Group administrators can quickly navigate between entities or go to the Group view.

Group administrators can navigate all apps in the Group module, for example, the Group Dashboard and Employees. This capability allows them to:
