Resolving browser-related login issues

If you are experiencing login issues when accessing the Payhawk web portal in your browser, follow the steps below:

  • Open an incognito window in your browser and visit the Payhawk login page.

    • For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N (on Windows) or Command+Shift+N (on Mac).

    • For Safari, navigate to File > New Private Window.

  • Clear your cache and cookies, as accumulated browser data can interfere with the login process.

    • In Chrome, navigate to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data.
