Resolving email and SSO login issues
If you cannot log in with your email address, follow the steps below:
Check with your company's Payhawk administrator if the SSO authentication method has been enabled for your company. The single sign-on authentication method is an additional security layer.

If SSO is not enabled, try resetting the password for your personal Payhawk account.

If you are experiencing login issues when accessing the Payhawk web portal in your browser, follow the steps below:
