Can I log in to my Payhawk account with my email? How do I know if we have single-sign-on (SSO) enabled for the company?

Depending on whether your company has enabled additional security for its data, you will be able to log in to Payhawk either by using your email, or over SSO.

How can I log in with my email?

To activate your Payhawk account with your email:

  1. Open your browser and access the Payhawk web portal.

  2. In the Log in dialog, fill in the email address with which you've registered in Payhawk. Click on Continue.

  3. On the next screen, add your password and click on Login.

How can I log in with SSO enabled?

You may have received an email invite from your company's Payhawk administrator to register with Payhawk but you may not have received a verification code to confirm your email address.

Often the reason for this is that your company has enabled the single sign-on (SSO) authentication method. SSO is a part of the measures a company can take to secure its financial data and the personal data of its employees. SSO allows users to securely identify with multiple applications and websites by using a single set of credentials.

If your company has enabled SSO, you need to log in to Payhawk from the Payhawk login page directly.

  1. Open your browser and access the Payhawk web portal.

  2. From there, click on the Continue with Google button and your Payhawk account will be activated.
