Updated over a week ago

If your Main Cards have been added Additional Card Members' Cards, you can assign the Additional Cards to their Additional Card Members in Payhawk. In this way, you'll be able to view their transaction history and monitor any future transactions through Payhawk.

Only Main Cards can be linked to Payhawk. Additional Card Members' Cards can be assigned to their Additional Card Members.

For the terms and conventions on American Express Cards and Cardholders applied across Payhawk's help desk, refer to the guidelines section.

Transaction history of your assigned Additional Card Members' Cards

  • Payhawk syncs only settled transactions. As settlement may take up to 30 days, delays in updating the transaction history of your assigned Additional Card Members' Cards are possible.

  • When an Additional Card Member's Card has been assigned to the Additional Card Member in Payhawk, the system will sync its past settled transactions for the current month. For example, if you assign the Additional Card on 17 August, Payhawk will sync its past settled transactions for the 1-17 August period.
