It is possible that you lost your Payhawk card or that it was accidentally damaged or deteriorated.
Lost cards
If your card is lost:
Payhawk doesn't issue duplicate cards so after the new card has been issued, remember to transfer any existing subscriptions and update any payment methods linked to the card accordingly.
Damaged cards
If your card is damaged or deteriorated, contact your Payhawk administrator to inform them you need a new card to be issued in your name.
