It is possible that you lost your Payhawk card or that it was accidentally damaged, deteriorated, or stolen.
Lost or stolen cards
If your physical card is lost or has been stolen, safeguard your account by following the steps:
Payhawk doesn't issue duplicate physical cards, so after the new card has been issued, remember to transfer any existing subscriptions and update any payment methods linked to the card accordingly.
Damaged cards
If your physical card is damaged or deteriorated, contact your Payhawk administrator to inform them that you need a new card to be issued in your name.
Actions required by Payhawk administrators
In cases where a Payhawk administrator needs to block a Payhawk card, they need to:
Log in to the Payhawk portal.
Navigate to the Cards section.
Select the specific card from the list.
However, if urgent support is required, Payhawk administrators can contact Payhawk Support and provide the last four digits of the card to the team for them to temporarily freeze it.
Cards that were blocked by Payhawk can only be unblocked by Payhawk.
Cards blocked by a Payhawk administrator of the account can later be unblocked by any Payhawk administrator.
