You want to pay a company expense with your Payhawk card. However, you are not sure how much funds are available to you. The article below explains where to find your card monthly limit and also check your available funds. 

Check monthly limit in the Payhawk app

Please follow these steps:

  1. Open the app
  2. Click on the card icon on the bottom right-hand side
  3. You will have to authenticate yourself with your code or your phone bio-metrics
  4. You can see the monthly limit and your current spending by pressing Show details

If you already have paid corporate expenses and you are not sure how much funds are available to you until the end of the month, you can check this directly in the app.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Open the app
  2. Click on the card icon on the bottom right-hand side
  3. You will have to authenticate yourself with your code or your phone bio-metrics
  4. You can see the currently available funds directly under the card image

Insufficient funds in the Payhawk wallet

In some cases, when the team is spending a lot, might be the case that there are not enough funds in the company's Payhawk wallet. This means, that you still have available funds based on your monthly limit. However, the funds in the wallet will not cover all your monthly budget. In this case, you have to ask your Admin to upload funds to the company's Payhawk wallet.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Open the app
  2. Click on the card icon on the bottom right-hand side
  3. You will have to authenticate yourself with your code or your phone bio-metrics
  4. You can see the currently available funds directly under the card image and the problem description
  5. Contact your Admin or request additional funds directly through the app
