Updating departments from Oracle NetSuite

Fetch departments from the Oracle NetSuite accounting software to the Payhawk system.

When you connect your Payhawk account to Oracle NetSuite, your available Oracle NetSuite departments are automatically imported.

If you update your Oracle NetSuite departments after the connection between the two systems has been established, you have to manually update the teams data in Payhawk.

To manually update your teams (departments) in Payhawk:

  1. Log in to the Payhawk web platform.

  2. Go to Employees > Teams.

  3. Click on Update from NetSuite.

  4. Click on the team you need.

  5. Select the three dots menu and click on Edit.

  6. From the External ID drop-down list, choose the Oracle NetSuite department you want to map.
