Connecting the group to your ERP system

Manage your Oracle NetSuite or Sage Intacct integrations for your group of entities all at once.

You can connect your Payhawk group of entities to your Oracle NetSuite or Sage Intacct ERP all at once.

To connect your group to the ERP:

  1. From the Group Dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Select the desired ERP and connect it to Payhawk.

  3. Map the accounts between the systems.

    Payhawk creates a Payhawk General account and uses it whenever mapping cannot be performed. You'll need to define the data for the Payhawk General account for each entity.

  4. The next steps are identical to the steps for linking individual accounts:

Note that for an easier setup, once you fill in the configuration for 1 company, Payhawk will auto-suggest the shared settings across entities.
