Here's this season's list of hand-picked help articles to help you navigate the essentials of Payhawk's new product features.

Budgets

Payhawk's budget tracking feature provides Finance teams and Budget owners across the organization with real-time visibility into budget utilization, facilitating better and faster decision-making.

A card for every purpose

With this further extension of our proactive card controls and settings, you can now truly create a Payhawk card for every purpose. We have a new single-use virtual card type and 5 new advanced card control settings. Additionally, we are extending all of our proactive controls to be applied to individual cards as well.

The outcome? Finance teams can now create any card they want to fit into any use case: one-off purchases, travel cards, project cards, subscriptions, benefits, and more.

Comments

Comments are now available for all types of expenses, purchase requests, and purchase orders to allow for powerful in-app communication between stakeholders. Users will also have the ability to tag employees to draw attention and will receive notifications to prompt quicker actions.

Sage Intacct native integration

Sage Intacct is a global leader in accounting systems. Thanks to our live bidirectional integration, it can now be seamlessly connected to Payhawk.

Workflows on MEM & more customization capabilities

With this full-fledged enhancement, workflows can now be triggered based on custom field conditions and can be assigned multiple specific approvers to ensure there are no bottlenecks and approval delays. In addition, approval workflows can now be centrally defined and managed on a group level from Payhawk's unified Multi-entity management environment.

Manage categories & custom fields on group level

You can now manage your chart of accounts and custom expense fields across your entire organization from a single place. This includes defining the visibility of individual values per entity and easily making adjustments thanks to intuitive bulk actions.

Integrate NetSuite & Sage Intacct across all your entities, at once

Customers can have the Oracle NetSuite and Sage Intacct systems integrated on a multi-entity level in Payhawk, further simplifying implementation, master data management, and change management.

Split into multiple expenses

Settled card transactions have never been easier to split into multiple expenses! Two clicks away and your Finance team will have full control over reviewing and exporting only the expenses with received invoices.
