Payhawk's Fund Requests feature has you covered. Employees can request additional funds on the go through the mobile app and track the approval progress. You have entire control of company spending. For small amounts, you can set an automatic approval process while larger expenses can be approved by your team leader or financial manager.
Once a request is created, the person responsible for approval gets notified by a push notification on their mobile app.
