Can I draw money/cash from ATMs? How can I ask for money to draw at ATMs? Can I cancel a request for drawing money at ATMs I've sent?

As an employee, you may need to pay a company expense in cash and not by card, for example, while on a business trip. In such cases, you can submit an ATM withdrawal request to the relative person assigned by your company to approve that request.

Specifics

  • You can submit and cancel ATM withdrawal requests only from the Payhawk mobile app.

  • You will be able to draw the money you requested only after the person assigned by your company as an approver approves the submitted ATM withdrawal request.

  • Unless a spend policy poses restrictions on your card and as long as the requested card funds are available, you don't have limits about the amount or number of attempts for drawing money at ATMs with your Payhawk card.

Submitting ATM withdrawal requests

To create and submit an ATM withdrawal request from the Payhawk mobile app:

  1. Open the Payhawk mobile app.

  2. Tap Cards and authenticate.

  3. Select the card from which you need to draw the money.

  4. Tap the Request to withdraw cash option.

  5. In the dialog that opens, enter the amount and the reason for the request.

  6. Tap the Request button.

If you don't have enough funds on your Payhawk card for the ATM withdrawal you want to make, a fund request will be initiated along with the ATM withdrawal request. Thus, you save time and effort and create a single request for both actions.

Canceling submitted ATM withdrawal requests

To cancel an already submitted, not yet approved ATM withdrawal request:

  1. Open the Payhawk mobile app.

  2. Tap Cards and authenticate.

  3. Select the card for which you have submitted the ATM withdrawal request.

  4. Tap the View pending request option.

  5. In the dialog that opens, tap Cancel request and, then, Done.
