To allow employees to request physical or virtual cards through Payhawk, you need to enable the card requests for your company first.
Enabling card requests
To enable card requests across your company:
In the Payhawk web portal, go to Settings > Cards > Types tab.
Click on the desired card type (for example, Single-use).
Switch on the toggle button to allow employees to request the desired card type.
(Optional) Enter any guidelines for your employees when requesting cards that will appear as a hint next to the Note field for them to see.
Click on Save changes.
Disabling card requests
To disable card requests across your company:
Go to Settings > Cards > Types tab.
Click on the desired card type (for example, Single-use).
Switch off the toggle button to disable card requests from employees for the desired card type.
