To be able to link your corporate Visa cards in Payhawk, you need to connect the two systems first.

Connecting the two systems

To authenticate Visa with Payhawk:

  1. In the Payhawk web portal, go to the Settings > Integrations > Available integrations > Card linking tab.

  2. In the Visa field, click on Connect and, then, on Continue.

  3. On the next screen, you'll need to check whether your Visa cards are eligible for bulk card linking. Look for your bank in the drop-down menu.

If your bank is included in the options:

    1. Click on Continue.

    2. On the success screen, select Assign. As a result, you'll be redirected to the Cards app to assign the bulk-linked cards to their proper cardholders.

If your bank is not included in the list of options:

    1. Click on I don't see my bank in the list.

    2. Next, provide the required verification data and click on Continue.

    3. On the success screen, select Link your first card. As a result, you'll be redirected to the Cards app to link your card individually.

If you've successfully linked your Visa card in Payhawk and want to add another corporate card from a different bank, you can enroll that card as well - no need to repeat the Visa integration process.

Disconnecting Visa from Payhawk

Disconnecting Visa from the Payhawk system will not close any linked Visa cards in Payhawk. However, you won't be able to link new Visa cards.

To disconnect Payhawk from Visa:

  1. In the Payhawk web portal, go to Settings > Integrations > Active tab.

  2. In the Visa field, click on Disconnect.

  3. In the dialog that opens, click on Disconnect to confirm your choice.
