Payhawk gives you a simple and fast way to navigate the status of an expense in the expense app. We use four different icons to help guide you through the list:
1. Expense without a document
This icon represents expenses without an attached document. Often, these are card payments waiting for the cardholder to include a receipt or an invoice.
2. Expense with an attached document
This icon represents an expense with an attached document. For the customers using our Bookkeeping module, Payhawk has also extracted the needed accounting data from the receipt or the invoice.
3. Expense archived
This icon represents expenses in the read-only archive state. You can view and export these expenses. Documents can be downloaded and their history traced. However, they cannot be edited.
